Geoff is an experienced C-Level Executive Director and Non-Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working for both listed and unlisted companies both in Australia and overseas.

He is currently the Managing Director of Longreach Advisory Group Pty Ltd.

Geoff was previously CEO of Sharequity Pty Ltd, a digital ECM platform for listed and unlisted companies. Prior to Sharequity, he was Founder and Executive Director for GMP Securities Australia Pty Ltd from February 2011 to December 2017. During this time Geoff also established the Hong Kong and Beijing offices of GMP Securities Asia Limited and was an Executive Director (P/T) for HotCopperHoldings Limited and managed the company through its ASX listing process and IPO launch in September 2016. Prior to this Geoff was COO for Paterson’s Securities Limited from February 2005 to February 2011.

Geoff has also had previous experience in living in both Singapore and the Cook Islands in advising on asset protection & tax planning structures for corporate’s and very high nett worth individuals.
